Expo Engineer provides each Floor Plan installation with custom branded show logos, tag lines, and color themes consistent with show presentation and promotional themes. Each show floor planner is unique and creates a seamless transition from existing online presentations.

Convention Center floorplan shells are generated from AutoCad drawings, maintaining absolute scale accuracy and clarity at any viewing magnification. However when AutoCad is not available, vector floorplans can be generated from the customer's graphic Convention Center floorplan. Expo Engineer will install the entire initial booth layout to begin working from to continue to add, and sell booth space.

Multi-Language Access - Organizers, Sales Persons, Exhibitors, Service Contractors, and Attendees, can all access the same Show Information, with different selected languages. Even character symbol languages. Expo Engineer has just completed translations in Chinese.

Exhibitors apply for access to the interactive floor planner, providing information with the online form, to be used for purchasing a booth, as well as public information to be displayed within the purchased booth. Once approved by sales team member, they choose and register three preferences for booth locations. Contracted and approved, the exhibitor and information is automatically placed on the online floorplan. Exhibitors can review floorplan progress to submit a request for revised placement.

Managers monitor and supervise floorplan booth layout, exhibitor assignment to sales team members, sales performance reports, and booth inventory data. Information, floorplans, and statistics are all received and delivered in real time. Floor Plan changes are quick and easy, no drafting or AutoCad experience needed. All Manager administrative tools are simple console controls, for complete exhibitor sales / floor planning management. Track the show history for sales personnel, exhibitors, even the history of an individual booth space.

Sales Personnel receive customer assignments with exhibitor and company profiles. They can create sales and booth assignments, combining or dividing booth space for exhibit sales. Booth sales contracts approved, are automatically placed on floorplan with sales and public information available. Sales data for documenting sales reports or commissions is available in statistics that can be filtered for general or specific information.

Attendees can access a floorplan filtered to provide only public information, requiring no logins, and automatically loading floorplan layout. Exhibitors can be located by search or alpha/numeric exhibitor lists. Managers can auto-publish floorplans to the Attendee page with one click of a button. Exhibitor information including pop-ups for exhibitor websites are available to visiting attendees.
